Mango Smoothie Bowl

Certain words and phrases are trending like crazy, and I am cool with it but I hate how “Netflix and Chill” is a sexualized term now. I mean If I call you over to Netflix and chill, I literally mean that we would be watching a Bollywood movie and going on and on as to how handsome the hero is OR how pretty and slim the actress is while we would be stuffing our faces silly with food. I am most certainly NOT looking to have a different kind of party. Mango Smoothie Bowl

Come to think of it, I also feel that in the recent years, food, just like fashion had it’s season and trend too.

From the super-food trend to chia puddings, smoothies and overnight oats. Oh and more recently, the smoothie bowls. Heard of them? Well they are basically thicker form of smoothie in bowls. Why bowls, you might wonder? For the simple reason that you can scatter this bowl with a whole lot of your preferred toppings and make it a complete meal which is especially perfect for breakfast. I definitely like the idea. If it incorporates more fruits and seeds in your daily diet, why not, right? Mango Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are so huge on Pinterest and Instagram. Mainly, I think it is because they can be really pretty too. You can basically top your smoothie bowls with anything you prefer. Things like,

Sunflower seeds
Granola
Coconut
Berries
Chia
Flaxseeds
Hemps seeds
Goji
Nuts
And the list can go on and ON.
I also think food preserves, peanut butter, or even some honey drizzle on top would be delish.

This Mango Smoothie Bowl is not only delicious, but also the perfect addition to your daily diet if you are looking to incorporate more nutrition to your daily meals. Furthermore, what not to love about this pretty bowl of sunshine?  Jump on board people! Mango Smoothie Bowl
