Slices of your favorite cheese for topping. (I used gruyere)
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 onion, cut into rings
Lettuce
Mustard (optional)
For the sriracha mayonnaise
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sriracha hot chili sauce (use less if you prefer it mild)
Instructions
For the sriracha mayonnaise
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sriracha.
Store in an air-tight container for up to a week.
For the sliders
Mix the ground beef, Worcestershire, onion, garlic, paprika, salt and some pepper in a bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the ingredients.
Form 8 patties out of the meat mixture. Make an indentation in the center of the patties to keep the patties from plumping too much when they cook.
Grill/pan fry the patties until they are cooked through.
Once cooked, place a slice of cheese on each of the patties and let it melt for about 1 minute.
Toast the buns.
Place a tsp of the Sriracha mayonnaise on the bun, lay some lettuce on the bun, top with a beef patty, tomatoes, onions and finish off with more sauce.
Drizzle some mustard if preferred.
