Ingredients
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 whole dinner rolls/mini buns, split
  • Slices of your favorite cheese for topping. (I used gruyere)
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, cut into rings
  • Lettuce
  • Mustard (optional)
For the sriracha mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sriracha hot chili sauce (use less if you prefer it mild)
Instructions
For the sriracha mayonnaise
  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sriracha.
  2. Store in an air-tight container for up to a week.
For the sliders
  1. Mix the ground beef, Worcestershire, onion, garlic, paprika, salt and some pepper in a bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the ingredients.
  2. Form 8 patties out of the meat mixture. Make an indentation in the center of the patties to keep the patties from plumping too much when they cook.
  3. Grill/pan fry the patties until they are cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, place a slice of cheese on each of the patties and let it melt for about 1 minute.
  5. Toast the buns.
  6. Place a tsp of the Sriracha mayonnaise on the bun, lay some lettuce on the bun, top with a beef patty, tomatoes, onions and finish off with more sauce.
  7. Drizzle some mustard if preferred.
