Easy Parmesan Chicken Cutlet with Mashed Potatoes in Mushroom Sauce.

Maya

I am a chicken person. Hmm why does that sound wrong? Ok basically im saying I love chicken. Grilled, in soups, fried…I love them all. Chicken recipes are mostly very forgiving. It is easier to screw up a fish dish but with chicken…nah, rarely happens.

Anyways, these is a very simple chicken cutlet served with some mash in mushroom sauce. You just need a bowl of greens by the side and you are done.
