Carrot Peach and Mango Smoothie

Maya

I am on a roll this morning cause I started my day with this.↓

Carrot Peach and Mango Smoothie

Nothing beats a good start to the day with a glass of smoothie! You just feel so much more energetic and perky! A glass of smoothie = positive energy

This refreshing smoothie has

Carrots √
Mangoes
Peaches √

I had mangoes and peaches in hand and it was really an “aha” moment when I thought that I should add some carrots in my smoothie too. I did just that and it produced a delicious concoction. This refreshing Carrot Peach and Mango Smoothie gives you that oomph (boost) that you require at breakfast *bump fist*. I used fresh carrots, but you can also use 100% carrot juice for convenience. If you are using fresh carrots, please make sure that you have cut up the carrots really small for easy blending. In fact, you can also grate the carrots.

There is the place called Smoothie king and I really enjoy the smoothies over there. Two cups of smoothie would cost me around 14 bucks, Pretty expensive I have to say. Their smoothies are delicious for sure, but are they healthy? I am not very sure about that. They claim them to be healthy however! You can actually see it when they are preparing the smoothie. They would basically put all kinds of powder and puree in the blender. I reckon nothing beats using REAL fruits. That’s like the real McCoy. Making your own smoothie is a lot cheaper too.

Tomorrow I am gonna be sharing  7 awesomely beautiful and thirst-quenching smoothies that you can make over the week. If colorful M&ms are eye enjoyment, these smoothies are enjoyment for the mind, soul and health. Don’t forget to check this space out tomorrow!
