Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day,  thus it should always be special.

To be frank, whether you are having Panini and coffee in a cafe, or a mouthwatering double cheeseburger or even a simple sunny side up, try not to miss the most significant meal of the day, which is your breakfast. Frankly, this is a reminder to myself too.

I love breakfasts that takes little effort. Who wants to be scrubbing pans and doing a lot of cutting at 8am in the morning? If you are one of those who love to do all these at 8 am, kindly drop your address in the comment box beneath. I might move in with you! ♥

A good breakfast kick starts your day. Not only it feeds you with the energy to embark on a fresh day, but also some surveys suggest that consuming a good breakfast can reduce hunger throughout the daytime and subsequently assist us to take better food choices during lunch and dinner. In other words, if you are trying to lose weight, skipping breakfast is not an effective strategy. #notetoselfagain

Breakfast Pizza

Have you ever tried Breakfast pizza? No breakfast pizza is not a leftover pizza from last night dinner that you re-heat again. (Not that there is anything wrong with that!) Breakfast pizza is basically a pizza that is topped with your favorite breakfast food; in this case, sausages, eggs and of cause they are DEE-licious! You can make the crust from scratch, or purchase ready-made ones. This would depend on the amount of sleep you had. If you already had the full 8 hours nap, by any means make the crust from scratch. If you barely slept for 5 hours, please use ready-made crusts. A grumpy lady should never play with yeast. Don’t ask me how I know.

You can also use ready-made naan for the pizza base, which is exactly what I did here. I topped the pizza with some tomato sauce, sausages, peppers, pineapple cheese and eggs. After baking, the eggs couldn’t be seen on my pizza as I topped it with a too much lot of cheese. There is NO such thing as too much cheese. You can choose to have your eggs completely set or oozing. Oh, and if you are one of those lucky people who have fresh herbs in your garden, you might choose to add a handful of those too. I topped mine with a touch of dried oregano. Feel free to boo at me, you green fingers person. That isn’t a nice thing to do though, considering that I always share yummy pics and recipes with you guys. Can I like boo back at you?
